How do i know which Dual Sim Holder to use?

The main restriction on choosing which sim holder to use, is the physical space within the phones casing. To test if you can use the holder that does not require the Sim card to be cut is to place the second Sim you have on to the back of the battery inside the case. If you can close the case then you can use the Uncut Sim Holder.

When i have installed my sim holder i get the message "Insert Sim".

This is an error message and means that the second sim in the holder is not making contact correctly , it may also mean the sim holder is faulty. In this case please contact Gr8 ideas for a replacement.
